The Credit Union currently offers an array of first mortgages to fit members’ needs. The Credit Union offers both fixed and variable mortgages for terms as short as 10 years or as long as 30 years. The Credit Union also offers mortgages with points and without points. As we see every member as an unique individual with an unique situation, the Credit Union offers a mortgage program that is very flexible in fitting the needs of all our members.

Our Mortgage Manager, Jack Hines, prides himself on finding the best Mortgage for each member’s given situation. Jack is happy to meet with any member at their convenience to go over their financial information and determine what product is best for them, the amount of money that a member will qualify for and what closing costs to expect.
